These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EcomLens, a video-based dispatch protection service for ecommerce sellers, provided by Net Brands Solutions ("EcomLens", "we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.
EcomLens helps ecommerce sellers protect themselves against false marketplace and courier damage/loss claims by making it easy to record a timestamped video while packing each order. The Service is available as a desktop application and a web application ("Desktop & Web"). Recorded footage is stored on your own device — see our Privacy Policy for details.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
EcomLens licenses are sold as a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription), at the price displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; a price change does not affect a license already purchased.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms for processing your payment.
Upon successful payment, your license is activated on your account and a confirmation is sent to your registered email. Licenses are for use by the purchasing individual or business only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred without our written consent.
EcomLens is a fully digital product. Nothing is physically shipped. Delivery consists of activating your license and providing access to the desktop/web application immediately (or within a reasonable time, typically minutes) after successful payment confirmation.
Because EcomLens licenses are one-time digital purchases delivered instantly upon payment, refund requests are handled as follows:

EcomLens and all associated software, branding, and content are the property of Net Brands Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license grants you a right to use the Service — it does not transfer ownership of any underlying software or content.
Since recorded video stays on your device, you are solely responsible for storing, securing, and backing up your own footage, and for ensuring your use of the recording feature complies with applicable privacy and workplace-recording laws in your jurisdiction. EcomLens has no access to and assumes no liability for video content you record.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep EcomLens reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that footage recorded through the Service will be accepted as evidence by any marketplace, courier, or third party, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net Brands Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of footage, business interruption, or lost profits, beyond the amount you paid for your license in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; one-time license purchases already made are governed by Section 7 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, India, or resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Noida, India, at EcomLens's election. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect (severability).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
